Comprehensive TRIFECTA Wellness Visit ($149)
CLICK HERE TO BOOK A WELLNESS VISIT
Every pet is unique, and so is every in-person 1 hour Comprehensive Wellness Session. Rather than choosing from an a la carte menu, your pet receives a fully personalized blend of modalities based on how they're doing that day. I assess their history, condition, and energetic presentation, and then we choose the supportive therapies that will enhance their well-being the most. -Your pet gets what they need — not a preset one size fits all package.
Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully customized to your pet’s unique needs and current state of health. Sessions may include a combination of Tri-Oxygen Therapy (ozone), Red Light Therapy, BEMER PEMF, nail trimming, and nutritional or supplement guidance—all chosen to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and recover.
During your first visit, we’ll take time to review your pet’s history, lifestyle, and any ongoing concerns. Together, we’ll develop a gentle, goal-oriented plan to improve comfort, mobility, and overall vitality. Each subsequent session builds on progress made, allowing us to adapt and refine the approach as your pet’s needs evolve.
Nail care is a vital part of every wellness session. Overgrown nails can alter posture and gait, placing strain on joints and muscles. Regular trimming helps restore proper alignment, improves comfort during movement, and supports the success of other bodywork and mobility therapies.
Common goals for a Comprehensive Wellness Session include:
* Supporting mobility and joint comfort in senior or arthritic pets
* Promoting circulation and tissue recovery after surgery or injury
* Enhancing vitality and immune balance in aging or chronically ill animals
* Providing relaxation and relief from everyday stiffness or tension
* Helping pets feel happier, calmer, more balanced, and better able to rest and heal
My approach emphasizes education and partnership. My goal is to help you learn how to safely offer supplemental supportive care at home—whether that’s applying red light, PEMF, using ozonated oils, maintaining nail health, or adjusting nutritional support—to help extend the benefits between visits.
-Perfect for small animals needing support for mobility, aging, or recovery—and for owners who want to take an active role in their pet’s well-being.
Therapies that may be included in your pets Wellness Session:
Nail Trims:
Healthy nail length plays a major role in your pet’s posture, comfort, and overall mobility—especially for seniors and special needs animals. By keeping nails appropriately short, pets can stand more evenly, receive trustworthy proprioceptive feedback and move with better stability, more confidence and less strain on their joints.
-Keeps your best friend moving and thriving.
Nutrition & Supplement Consult:
Personalized guidance to support your pet’s unique nutritional needs. Whether you feed kibble, gently cooked meals, or a raw diet, we’ll work together to make simple, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle and your budget. We’ll review diet, supplements, and everyday habits to build a balanced, natural plan that creates meaningful improvements in your pet’s health.
-Fuels wellness from the inside out.
Tri-Oxygen (Ozone) Therapy:
Also known as ozone therapy or activated oxygen therapy, this gentle, non-invasive modality supports the body’s natural recovery processes. Tri-Oxygen Therapy promotes circulation, reduces discomfort, and encourages cellular health — helping pets feel more energetic and at ease.
-Supports vitality, recovery, and overall well-being.
Red Light Therapy:
Safe, soothing light energy that helps restore cellular function and promote tissue repair. Red Light Therapy encourages muscle relaxation, improved mobility, and comfort — making it an excellent option for aging pets or those recovering from injury.
-Encourages healing and comfort from the inside out.
BEMER (PEMF) Therapy:
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) helps improve microcirculation, oxygen delivery, and cellular energy. By stimulating healthy blood flow, this modality assists the body’s natural balance and recovery, enhancing the results of other therapies.
-Promotes energy flow and circulation.

Small Animal Bowen Therapy ($65-$75)
CLICK HERE TO BOOK A BOWEN SESSION
Initial consult and session - $75
Follow up Sessions -$65
Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork modality that is offered at Trifecta as a stand-alone service. Bowen works directly with the nervous system and connective tissue, and because of the way the body integrates this work, it is most effective when performed on its own—without layering competing modalities in the same session.
Bowen Therapy supports the body’s innate ability to rebalance, reset movement patterns, and restore function. Rather than forcing change, it provides precise input and then allows the body time and space to respond.
What Is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen Therapy consists of light, specific rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and fascia, followed by intentional pauses. These pauses are not breaks—they are an essential part of the work. During this time, the nervous system processes the information it has received and begins making adjustments throughout the body.
Because Bowen communicates directly with the autonomic nervous system, the body continues responding for several days after a session. This is why Bowen is not combined with other physical or energetic modalities during the same visit—the goal is to allow the body to fully integrate the signals it receives without interruption.
Why Bowen Is Offered as a Stand-Alone Modality
Unlike therapies that actively stimulate or mobilize tissue, Bowen relies on subtle neurological communication. Combining it with modalities that also influence circulation, tissue activation, or energy flow can interfere with the body’s ability to interpret and prioritize the Bowen input.
For this reason:
Bowen sessions are intentionally simple
No additional modalities are layered into the same appointment
The body is given time to respond naturally
Results tend to be deeper and longer-lasting
This approach respects the integrity of Bowen Therapy and maximizes its effectiveness.
Origins of Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy was originally developed for people by Tom Bowen, an Australian practitioner who observed that gentle, precise movements could trigger profound whole-body responses without force or manipulation. His work gained recognition for helping people with pain, mobility issues, and chronic conditions using an approach that worked with the nervous system rather than against it.
Over time, Bowen principles were carefully adapted for animals, honoring differences in anatomy, posture, and movement while preserving the core philosophy of the work. Today, Small Animal Bowen Therapy is used worldwide to support dogs, cats, and other animals with mobility challenges, compensation patterns, nervous system stress, and recovery needs.
What to Expect From a Bowen Series
For pets with a specific issue—such as mobility limitations, chronic tension, postural imbalance, or recovery from injury—a series of 3–4 Bowen sessions spaced approximately one week apart is typically recommended as a starting point.
This initial series allows:
The nervous system to recognize new, healthier movement patterns
The body to unwind long-standing compensations gradually
Progress to build from session to session without overwhelm
As your pet improves, sessions naturally transition into maintenance care, scheduled as needed to support ongoing balance, comfort, and mobility.
Conditions Bowen Therapy Commonly Supports
Bowen Therapy can be helpful for pets experiencing:
Mobility limitations or stiffness
Postural imbalance or uneven gait
Compensation patterns after injury or surgery
Chronic muscle tension
Reduced range of motion
Nervous system stress or difficulty settling
Age-related changes in movement and coordination
Many pets find Bowen sessions deeply calming, and it is common for them to rest, sleep, or appear very relaxed during and after treatment.
A Gentle, Respectful Approach
Bowen Therapy does not force the body to change. Instead, it offers clear, precise input and trusts the body to do the rest. This makes it especially well suited for:
Senior pets
Sensitive or reactive animals
Pets who do not tolerate forceful manipulation
Owners seeking a thoughtful, low-stress approach to bodywork
Each session is quiet, unhurried, and guided by your pet’s responses.
Ideal for dogs and cats needing focused support for mobility, posture, recovery, or nervous system balance—and for pet parents who value a gentle, intentional approach that works with the body rather than on it.

Equine Bowen Therapy ($110 + Travel Fee)
Discounts for multiple horses at the same visit
CLICK HERE TO INQUIRE ABOUT EQUINE BOWEN THERAPY AVAILABILITY IN YOUR AREA
Equine Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork modality that works directly with the nervous system and fascial system, and because of the way the horse’s body integrates this work, it is most effective when performed on its own—without layering other physical or energetic modalities in the same session.
Bowen Therapy supports the horse’s natural ability to rebalance posture, release compensation patterns, and restore functional movement. Rather than forcing change, it provides precise neurological input and allows the body time and space to respond.
What Is Equine Bowen Therapy?
Equine Bowen Therapy uses light, specific rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and fascia, followed by intentional pauses. These pauses are a critical part of the work. During them, the horse’s nervous system processes the information and begins making adjustments throughout the body.
Because Bowen communicates directly with the autonomic nervous system, the horse continues responding for several days after a session. For this reason, Bowen is not combined with other bodywork or modalities during the same visit—the goal is to allow the horse’s system to fully integrate the Bowen input without competing signals.
Many horses visibly relax during a session, showing signs such as licking, chewing, yawning, lowering the head, or shifting posture as the body begins to reorganize.
Why Bowen Is Offered as a Stand-Alone Modality
Bowen Therapy relies on subtle neurological communication rather than mechanical manipulation or stimulation. When combined with modalities that strongly activate tissue, circulation, or energy flow, the body may struggle to prioritize and integrate the Bowen signals effectively.
For this reason:
Bowen sessions are intentionally simple and focused
No additional modalities are layered into the same appointment
The horse is given time to respond naturally
Changes tend to be deeper, more organized, and longer lasting
This approach respects the integrity of Bowen Therapy and honors how horses process and adapt to neurological input.
Origins of Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy was originally developed for people by Tom Bowen, an Australian practitioner known for achieving profound results using gentle, precise movements rather than forceful techniques. His work demonstrated that the nervous system plays a central role in pain, posture, and movement patterns.
Bowen principles were later adapted for animals, including horses, with careful consideration of equine anatomy, biomechanics, and behavior. Equine Bowen Therapy preserves the original philosophy of the work while applying it in a way that supports the unique needs of horses.
What to Expect From an Equine Bowen Series
For horses with a specific concern—such as movement asymmetry, chronic tension, postural imbalance, or recovery from injury—a series of 3–4 Bowen sessions spaced approximately one week apart is typically recommended as a starting point.
This initial series allows:
The nervous system to recognize healthier movement patterns
Long-standing compensations to unwind gradually
The horse’s body to adapt without overwhelm
As improvement occurs, sessions naturally transition into maintenance care, scheduled as needed to support ongoing balance, comfort, and performance.
Common Reasons Horses Receive Bowen Therapy
Equine Bowen Therapy may be beneficial for horses experiencing:
Asymmetrical movement or uneven gait
Chronic muscle tension or tightness
Postural imbalance
Compensation patterns related to saddle fit, workload, or previous injury
Stiffness or reduced range of motion
Nervous system stress or difficulty relaxing
Age-related changes in comfort or mobility
Bowen is particularly well suited for horses that are sensitive, reactive, or do not tolerate forceful manipulation.
A Gentle, Horse-Centered Approach
Equine Bowen Therapy does not force change. It offers clear, respectful input and allows the horse’s body to respond in its own time. Sessions are quiet, unhurried, and guided by the horse’s responses throughout the process.
This makes Bowen an excellent option for:
Performance horses
Senior horses
Horses in rehabilitation or transition
Horses who guard, brace, or resist stronger techniques
Owners seeking a thoughtful, nervous-system-based approach to bodywork
Ideal for horses needing focused support for movement, posture, recovery, or nervous system balance—and for owners who value a subtle, intentional approach that works with the horse’s body rather than on it.
